Established under Pusat Keusahawanan Mahasiswa (PKM)/ Student Entrepreneurship Centre, MBU is a part of MASMED organization that represents a specific line of business and is part of a firm’s value chain of activities including business operations, marketing, sales, product commercialization,
and supply-chain functions.
When it comes to strategy, MASMED Business Unit has a role to play in the organization’s grand plans. Each line of business contributes extremely important value to the primary corporate business strategy. We believe that in order to optimize results, the strategy needs to be part of everyone’s responsibilities within the UiTM business network and circle. As such, MBU has developed its own business-unit strategy framework that will define how it will fulfill its part of the primary entrepreneurship strategy and make a distinct,
value-added contribution to the organization’s long-term success.
